The client owns and operats the Tigerland Safari Resort near Jagatpur, Chitwan, Nepal. It’s main activity focuses on Wild Life Tourism and Nature related activities, providing daily guided tours to the jungle. Furthermore they provide full hotel service with accomodation and food service in their own restaurant on site.
The expert received the following tasks:
- Provide technical support in up grading technical skills of the F&B Food production and service team.
- Improvement in the quality of menu planning and execution by the food production team.
Due to a sudden health problem the assignment was cut short (14 days) and so the desired results are not measurable. But I am confident that the new recipes, menu’s have fallen on fertile ground and that the chefs will in the future make use of the recipes and new menu’s.
